Watch Bernie talk to Ed Schultz on MSNBC about the so-called “Buffet rule.”

“…when the effective tax rate for millionaires & billionaires is the lowest it has been in decades, so you have 1/4 of millionaires in this country paying a lower effective tax rate than the average middle-class person… of course it is right to ask the wealthiest people to pay more.”
